Dave re-joined KFI in May of 2020 after four years working on special projects. These endeavors included serving as COO of the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee, to execute Super Bowl LII, and working with the owners of Mall of America to shape the management team and operational approach for their new American Dream project in the Meadowlands of New Jersey.
Dave has over 24 years of executive-level business operations leadership and organizational strategy experience with companies such as NBCUniversal, Delta Airlines (Northwest), and Mall of America. Dave sees his recent return to KFI as an opportunity to broaden the firm’s services and add value for our clients through integrated development strategies and implementation. He envisions building upon KFI’s proven ability to integrate with client teams, to the point where they do not want to move forward without us. His goal is to help identify ways in which KFI can help our clients’ overall operation, improving their bottom line and reliability.
“I like to identify people’s strengths and give them the opportunity to utilize those strengths with responsibility. They grow, the overall company grows and it builds a team that takes ownership in the company and best serves our clients. I have an open-door policy and encourage staff, peers, etc., to have dialog and solve problems.”

Away from work Dave likes to spend time with his family and friends at his lake cabin in NW Wisconsin that he built 30 years ago. Having raised his two daughters to appreciate the cabin life, he and his wife now look forward to having their grandchildren also experience it.
