Her responsibilities encompass recruitment, training and development, coaching and mentoring, and performance management.

Outside of the office, Rainy finds herself spending time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling. Rainy is an avid sports fan, and enjoys watching her kids participate in activities, she also enjoys watching all Minnesota teams.
