Originally inspired by his father to pursue engineering, Thomas was working with an engineering firm that was acquired by KFI in 2017. Today, he serves as a licensed mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience with expertise in water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Thomas’ responsibilities include mechanical systems design, coordinating the mechanical design with the building owner and other design disciplines, overseeing the preparation of the mechanical construction drawings, preparing construction specifications and observing the construction progress.
Additionally, Thomas has extensive experience providing energy studies, feasibility studies, reports and technical assistance to legal counsel. He is sensitive to client time frames and deadlines and has a “get it done” sense of urgency at the office.
On his own time, he takes things at a more leisurely pace, enjoying time with his grandchildren and dog – and is often outdoors or up at the cabin.
