KFI Engineers (KFI) offers structural engineering services for our industrial processes and facilities projects.  Starting with the initial project concept, we work with the client and other design team members to develop a structural system that is economical while still offering access and operational efficiency.  We evaluate the load requirements for equipment and operation, along with environmental loads, required to code, to choose the best construction materials, and layouts for the project.  We can be on-site to observe existing conditions, and discuss structural options to ensure the final design meets the needs of the client and is structurally sound.

Our engineers understand the changing needs of industrial facilities.  We work to find practical solutions for even the most complex problems while meeting current demands, as well as future needs.  Whether the project is new construction, modification of an existing facility, or the addition to an existing structure, we will evaluate the structural alternatives by making the best use of the space available.

After completing the structural design, we remain with the project by providing construction administration services until project close out.  We work with the contractor or fabricator to quickly address any problems or unforeseen complications, which allows work to continue immediately and keeps the project on schedule.
