In middle school, Lacey attended energy camp through her rural electrical association and learned about power production delivery. From there, she was hooked. To this day, she is fascinated by the way all sorts of different plants do so many things yet are driven by the same basic rules of math and science.

After completing her degree, Lacey started at a local engineering firm, where she worked several years before joining KFI. Today, she’s a senior electrical engineer with over 10 years of electrical engineering and project management experience in the oil and gas, process and power industries. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems includes the development and analysis of medium and low voltage power distribution systems for a variety of project applications. She has served as a field engineer, lead electrical engineer, and project manager for many projects including combined cycle, simple cycle, and coal-fired generating plants.

When not collaborating with her team at the office, she enjoys cooking, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
