Al-Corn Expansion Boosts Production

The first bushels of corn were delivered to the new system at the Al-Corn Clean Fuel ethanol plant last week. Al-Corn CEO Randall Doyal said construction is slated to wrap up the first week of April, and the system should be functional later that week.

Al-Corn Expansion is On-Budget and Under-Schedule

Al-Corn Clean Fuel is ahead of schedule on the major expansion of its Claremont ethanol plant. Once completed, it will more than double the plant’s capacity from 50 million to 120 million gallons of ethanol per year.

 

KFI is the lead design firm on the project, providing process and balance-of-plant design for the facility.  Al-Corn Clean Energy Fuels has been a KFI client for 18 years.
