Our team is working on construction documents for a $365 million expansion and renovation at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Liberty Campus. Early work packages have gone out for updates to the parking lots, new ambulatory garage and helipad, and underground utilities. A six-story addition includes an emergency department and urgent care, reimagined cafe, sterile processing department and perioperative expansion, three floors of dedicated inpatient beds, and a penthouse for MEP services. The renovation includes over 100,000 square feet and adds a new rehabilitation gymnasium, radiology upgrades, clinic updates, shelled space, and an expanded gift shop and kitchen.
