After undergoing extensive upgrades, the Dunbar Community Center celebrated its grand reopening on Monday, February 2nd.
KFI provided comprehensive engineering services for the renovation, including modifications to the existing plumbing systems to bring all restrooms into ADA compliance. KFI designed the new HVAC systems to serve the Esports room, podcast studio, and teen game room. Electrical upgrades included a new lighting design throughout the renovated areas, dedicated power for new fitness equipment, updated power distribution for the concession stand, and enhanced power and telecommunications infrastructure to support the Esports room.
