Roseville Area Schools is committed to growth and innovation. As part of a 10-year initiative to address capacity, programming, and aging facilities, the district required a comprehensive infrastructure plan to serve as a guideline to define, fund, and complete specific projects.
The multi-phased effort encapsulated 11 buildings and more than 1,500,000 square feet. Roseville facilities underwent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems improvements, interior renovations, extensive additions, and the replacement of an entire community center. These projects helped ensure safe, energy-efficient, and inspiring spaces to facilitate growth and learning for years to come.
