KFI Engineers acquires Fosdick & Hilmer Consulting Engineers

ST. PAUL, MN — October 1, 2020 – KFI Engineers, a recognized industry leader in process and facility infrastructure design, announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Fosdick & Hilmer Consulting Engineers, a Cincinnati, OH based mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systems engineering firm.

Fosdick & Hilmer was founded in 1905 and has continuously evolved to maintain a position of leadership and design excellence for central utilities engineering, mission critical, and other essential facilities. Fosdick & Hilmer provides planning and customized engineered systems solutions for industries and institutions such as healthcare, education, data centers, utilities, food service, manufacturing, commercial buildings, and retail, both in the private sector and in government facilities, all across North America.
