On March 31, 2022, Mayo Clinic celebrated the groundbreaking milestone of their new Integrated Education and Research Building in Phoenix, AZ. The new state-of-the-art facility will be comprised of 150,000 square feet of common areas, office space, education spaces, research laboratories, and vivarium areas including observation, sanitation, procedure, and surgery suites. The building is expected to be completed in 2024. KFI provided electrical engineering, fire protection, and MEP project management services for the project.
