The building includes a kitchen and cafeteria, a central computer area, a conference center, a print shop, and a traffic interactive management and information center. Office areas are on an accessible, elevated floor system. The space under the elevated floor is used for supplying air distribution and electric power and communications distribution. The building’s fire alarm systems are connected to the existing state central station for monitoring.
