Earlier this month, the Wade Utility Plant at Purdue University received delivery of its new chiller! The new electric driven, 5,000-ton machine replaces a 3,000-ton steam-driven chiller that had reached its end of life.
The image above shows the new chiller being pressure tested before delivery to the University.
