Last week, we had the honor of joining the University of Kentucky, state leaders, and our project partners for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the new Meats and Foods Industry Advancement Center at the C. Oran Little Research Center in Woodford County. The facility will expand meat science research and food safety training and enhance the University of Kentucky’s teaching and workforce training programs.
