Dawson Insurance recently moved into their new office space within the Historic Ford Building in Downtown Fargo, ND. The First Floor and Mezzanine spaces in the building, that previously housed an upscale furniture store, were transformed into new individual offices, conferences rooms, a breakroom and open cubical spaces.
Mechanical system modifications included reconfiguring existing water source heat pumps and adding new ones as required to serve the new office spaces. Finned tube radiation was added to the individual offices along the exterior walls. Plumbing work included adding a set of restrooms as well as sinks in the breakroom and conference areas.
