Commissioning was completed on the new, 16,000 ton-hour East Campus Thermal Energy Storage (TES) plant. This remote-dispatch chilled water asset will be used to manage chilled water peaks and shoulder-season loads, improving the cogeneration plant cycle efficiency. We had a nice stretch of warm fall weather to test it out.
